What does it mean to payroll staff through Tiger?

Tiger’s payroll system makes paying your short-term temporary staff even easier. Essentially, we act as a payroll umbrella company and look after pay on a monthly basis, as well as expenses, bonuses and any other related needs. It ensures that your employees are paid accurately and on time, and you remain compliant with all legal requirements.

How does it work?

Once you’ve decided to engage our services, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Introduce your employee to the Tiger team via email
  2. We establish their Right to Work and send over forms for them to complete
  3. Once these forms are returned, we set the employee up on our payroll system and they are paid on a monthly basis, based on approved timesheets

With the potential for a 24-hour turnaround and minimal paperwork for both the employee and employer, it’s an easy way to get your payroll up and running.

We charge a nominal fee for this service and invoice you monthly. Each employee registered on Tiger’s system will be covered by our insurance policies, giving you peace of mind.
