With over twenty years of senior commercial and recruitment experience, Ruth specializes in sourcing talented business support and private staff for positions across C-suite businesses, family offices and private households, utilizing the highest levels of executive search. Having previously run the UK Tiger Private team with great success, Ruth has rejoined Tiger Recruitment to head up our New York Office.

Throughout her career, Ruth has placed top-tier talent in international private households and family offices, social impact and communications teams, internal talent acquisition, business support and across the C-suite. In recent years, Ruth has provided expert advice and assistance in sourcing leading talent for major global corporations, boutique firms and high-net-worth individuals in North America, with a particular focus on the New York market.
