Olivia Entrican

Olivia graduated from Oxford Brooks University in 2020 before starting her own doggy daycare business. After running her business for almost two years, she decided to hang up the dog leads and explore a different lifestyle by moving to London where she started her career in recruitment.

For three years, she immersed herself in the business and office support world. Her journey began on a temporary desk and she was later promoted to senior permanent consultant before joining Tiger Recruitment in June 2024.

What makes you fiercely distinctive?

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset, which has been invaluable in my career. I excel at finding creative solutions to deliver a shortlist my clients will love!
