ICT Support Engineer - 1st and 2nd Level support

We are searching for a German speaking ICT 1st and 2nd level support engineer, who is able to interact with customers in a friendly manner.

The right candidate has Knowledge of the operations environment and has experience in enterprise environments with good skills in the Linux server area (RHEL and Debian) and experience with Ansible, Python and Git.

Your tasks

  • Operation and maintenance of Linux servers (RHEL and Debian)
  • Collaboration in incident, problem and change management
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation
  • Monitoring of services and hardware
  • Contact person for customer enquiries (via e-mail)
  • 1st and 2nd level support (contact person for customer enquiries via email) in the area of infrastructure with a focus on Linux systems
  • Monitoring of our services and hardware
