HR Specialist/ HR Business Partner

Tiger Recruitment is delighted to assist a global leader in electromagnetic solutions, which ensures the smooth and reliable operation of electronic systems, in their search for an HR Specialist for the office located in the Canton of Solothurn.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the local implementation of the integration plan in HR-related matters
- Serving as the point of contact for employees on-site and overseeing the entire operational HR lifecycle
- Handling personnel administration and preparing monthly payroll in collaboration with our external payroll partner
- Managing social insurances (AHV/IV/ALV, accident and sickness insurance, FAK, EO, pension fund) as well as withholding tax
- Providing HR reports for local and global stakeholders (employee headcount, HR KPIs, personnel costs, workforce planning, etc.)
- Implementing strategic HR initiatives
- Implementing the talent management process and supporting the development of executives and talents
- Providing situational support to the global TE team in recruitment efforts
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial education with a degree as HR Specialist with federal certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an international industrial company in Switzerland
- Experience in integration, organizational change, and restructuring
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and the Swiss social security system
- Flexibility to adapt to complex organizations, changing environments, and diverse employee expectations
- Fluent in both German and English is essential; additional languages such as French and Italian are advantageous
