Overview
On behalf of our client, a leading Financial company who support investors in planning, designing and monitoring investment and financing processes, we are looking for an Assistant within their Client Services area.
This is a challenging position, where you will work in a team of four, supporting both internal and external customers by managing various administrative tasks.
This is a permanent position based in Seefeld in Zurich and has a workload of 80%
Main responsibilities
- Supporting the internal Client Services area by assisting with the creation of statistics, graphics and presentations as well as customer documentation production.
- Supporting the Head of investment consulting/controlling with Administrative tasks
- Management of customer data and database maintenance
- Office management including - Reception of customers and guests, organization and coordination of meeting rooms, telephone and postal service and material management
Your skills:
- 3-5 years of professional experience ideally gained within a Banking/ Financial Services background
- Good analytical skills and a flair for numbers
- Very good language skills in spoken and written German as well as good knowledge of spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of all MS Office products especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Completed commercial training or equivalent in the areas of banking, trust, management consulting
