Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Managing individual home or property portfolio
- Managing household staff, inclusive of structuring, recruitment, interviewing, mentoring, performance reviews and terminations
- Researching and managing entrepreneurial ventures, property portfolios and large events
- Acting as gatekeeper and confidante to principal and family
- Implementing procedures and structures within domestic staff where needed
- Preparing budgets
- Travelling prior to principal to ensure properties are ready for arrival and supervise staff
- Representing principal(s) at meetings, functions and some events
Essential requirements:
- Relevant chief of staff experience in a private household
- Proven track record of managing staff
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Degree-educated
