Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Live-Out House Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a luxurious estate located in Dubai Hills. The ideal candidate must have excellent English language skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic. This position offers a unique opportunity to maintain a prestigious residence and ensure the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the overall maintenance and upkeep of the estate, including interior and exterior areas.
    • Manage household staff, ensuring their duties are carried out efficiently and professionally.
    • Oversee contractors and vendors, scheduling repairs and services as needed.
  1. Housekeeping and Organization:
    • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the estate.
    • Coordinate and manage cleaning schedules for the household staff.
    • Ensure all rooms and living spaces are impeccably presented at all times.
  2. Security and Safety:
    • Implement security protocols to protect the estate and its occupants.
    • Manage access control, alarms, and surveillance systems.
    • Ensure the safety of the residents and visitors.
  3. Administrative Tasks:
    • Handle household finances, budgeting, and expense tracking.
    • Manage household inventories, including household supplies and equipment.
    • Handle correspondence and scheduling as needed.
  4. Hospitality and Guest Services:
    • Assist in event planning and coordination.
    • Ensure guests and visitors are received and treated with the highest level of hospitality.
    • Coordinate special requests and services for guests.
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience as a House Manager or in a similar household management role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Knowledge of household technologies, security systems, and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed.
