Charlotte Hawkes

Charlotte graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in theology and started her career in the religion and ethics department at the BBC. There, she got her first taste of recruitment while assisting the in-house talent team. Charlotte’s knack for connecting jobseekers with suitable roles was discovered in 2015, when she was approached by a multinational recruitment agency in Dubai. She jumped at the opportunity to manage their business support desk, and has never looked back.

Charlotte joined Tiger Recruitment’s Dubai office in 2024 and assists clients across various sectors (with a focus on legal) with hiring top-tier business support talent across the region. Charlotte’s experience recruiting both in-house and agency side, and working within a variety of industries including financial services, medical, retail and broadcasting, means she is versatile and adaptable, equipped to support any client.

What makes you fiercely distinctive?

I have a strong work ethic and I am always ready to assist clients, candidates, and colleagues. When I am not working you will find me at the beach with my four Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
