Portfolio Manager/Investment Analyst.

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure proper documenting of investments and investment decisions in-house and with help of external advisors.
2. Restructure and optimize historical investment documentation
3. Provide regular reporting to Management using metrics and data visualization tools effectively to report portfolio performance and support decision-making processes      
4. Support the team and partner asset managers in all aspects of managing the portfolio to ensure daily tasks are handled efficiently
5. Preparation of cash flow analysis and forecasting future cash flows (e.g. expected capital calls, expected distributions, etc.)
6. Contribute to the establishment of common practices, tools, and templates for portfolio and project management, and ensure adherence to the group’s standards
7. Preparation of the profitability analyses at project and portfolio level jointly with local teams
8. Coordination of activities between the holding level and local level to ensure proper execution of transactions
9. Communication and liaising with clients, advisors, banks

 Required skills and qualifications

1. University degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field

1. 5+ years of experience in investment industry
2. Strong understating of various investment products, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
3. Expertise in private equity
4. Expertise in financial analysis and modeling
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to various audiences
6. Ability to work effectively both independently, be proactive, solution oriented person;
7. Good team player
8. Capacity to adapt to evolving and dynamic situations
9. Able to persuade internal stakeholders to provide necessary information and collaborate
10. CFA designation or other relevant certifications are considered an asset

Fluent in English. Russian would be an advantage
