Nanny – Russian Speaking

Job Description:

 As a Russian-Speaking Nanny, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our children, creating a safe and stimulating environment, and supporting their overall well-being. Your primary duty will be to ensure the children's safety, engage them in age-appropriate activities, and promote their learning and development.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide attentive and nurturing care for our children, aged [specify ages], including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
2. Create a stimulating and educational environment through age-appropriate activities, games, and outings.
3. Develop and maintain a daily schedule that includes structured activities, playtime, and rest periods.
4. Monitor the children's health, safety, and emotional well-being at all times.
5. Assist with homework and educational activities, fostering a love for learning.
6. Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
7. Promote good manners, social skills, and positive behaviour in the children.
8. Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children, such as tidying up play areas and children's laundry.
9. Accompany the family on outings and trips as needed.
10. Maintain confidentiality and respect the family's privacy at all times.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider, preferably with Russian-speaking families.
2. Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (spoken and written).
3. Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience and creativity.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and occasional travel.
