Sarah Reddyoff

Sarah began her career as a software developer before launching her own Pilates and photography business. After relocating to Switzerland, she continued to run her business while also transitioning into recruitment, where she combines technical expertise with entrepreneurial experience.

Originally from Yorkshire, Sarah played hockey in her youth, a hobby that still reflects her team-focused approach today. She also enjoys open-water swimming and brings a vibrant energy to the workplace.

Sarah’s friendliness and approachability have enabled her to build strong connections and earn the trust of both candidates and clients. These qualities have supported her growth in recruitment, resulting in her promotion to Senior Consultant and later to Head of the Zurich office.

When winter blankets Switzerland, you’ll find me diving into the iciest lakes and embracing the chill. I’m also a champion of costume parties and like to go the extra mile to secure the perfect outfit.
