Jessica Krisburg

Jessica has over 20 years’ recruitment experience and comes from a corporate HR background. She currently supports Tiger in the private and corporate divisions across North America.

Her priority over the last few years has been to create a completely transparent process for clients and candidates, with a view to making it a positive experience for all.

Jessica values human interaction; majoring in Human Resources and Psychology has allowed her to have a high EQ which is a skill she uses daily. It’s easy for her to find common ground with people and it has given her the ability to create a bespoke experience for clients and candidates.

What makes you fiercely distinctive?

Most of my spare time is spent reading. Whether it is history, historical fiction, or a silly romance it calms me after a busy day in the office.
