After graduating from university in Sydney with a Bachelor of Global Studies and Communications in 2020, Ella began her career in business support recruitment, working in a specialist agency for over 3 years. Following her relocation to London in 2024, Ella joined Tiger Recruitment as a Senior Consultant and looks forward to establishing her network in this market. Leaning into her passion for helping people, Ella loves creating long-lasting relationships and delivering the best care possible.
