As a Growth Advisor Consultant specializing in the ICT sector, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our client in navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of technology and telecommunications. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with our clients, understand their business objectives, and develop comprehensive growth strategies to achieve their goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the ICT industry, market trends, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the ICT sector.
    • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and goals.
    • Provide expert advice on market trends, competitor analysis, and growth opportunities.
  2. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop tailored growth strategies and action plans for clients based on industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify new market segments, products, or services for expansion.
    • Analyze data and industry reports to inform strategic decision-making processes.
  3. Technology Trends and Innovation:
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in ICT, including AI, cloud computing, IoT, cybersecurity, etc.
    • Advise clients on adopting emerging technologies to enhance operations, efficiency, and competitiveness.
    • Explore opportunities for partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions to drive growth initiatives.
  4. Financial Analysis and Forecasting:
    • Conduct financial analysis, ROI assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed growth strategies.
    • Develop financial models and forecasts to evaluate the potential outcomes of strategic initiatives.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress reports to clients.
  5. Project Management:
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives effectively and efficiently.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Mitigate risks and troubleshoot challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Provide training workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for client teams.
    • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous learning culture of the organization.
    • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, ICT, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Consultant, Advisor, or Strategist in the ICT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Information and Communication Technology industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Expertise in developing growth strategies, market analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead teams and deliver results.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and problem-solving.
  • Certifications in relevant areas such as PMP, CISA, or ITIL are a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
