Anne-Louise Westad

Half Norwegian and raised across England, France and Germany, Anne-Louise graduated from the University of Exeter in 2019 before beginning her career in London’s media industry. She later moved into operational leadership, managing multiple sites and leading large teams across a fast-paced commercial environment. During this time, she developed extensive experience across operations, HR, recruitment, talent development and people management.

Before joining Tiger Recruitment in 2026 as Head of Operations & HR, Anne-Louise spent a year travelling across Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America. The experience further strengthened her adaptability, cultural awareness and ability to build relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Outside of work, Anne-Louise enjoys experimenting with new recipes, reading, crocheting and spending time outdoors on hiking trails.

Having lived in several countries and travelled extensively, I’ve learned how to adapt quickly, connect with people from all walks of life and stay resourceful in unfamiliar situations. I enjoy embracing new challenges and bringing different perspectives to everything I do.
