Kate Headford

Kate began her recruitment career 17 years ago, starting in the education sector before transitioning into business support and HR recruitment. She transitioned into a leadership role, building and managing permanent and temporary recruitment teams across various sectors.

Her passion for fostering inclusive hiring practices led her to play a key role in promoting neurodiversity as part of a DEI committee in her previous role. Looking to take on a new challenge, Kate joined Tiger HR to grow the division, partnering with clients across various industries to connect them with exceptional talent.

What makes you fiercely distinctive?

I always strive to go above and beyond for my clients and candidates. I tackle challenges with determination, integrity, and creativity, and I enjoy solving problems that others might avoid. Also, I’m a bit of a Reformer Pilates addict!
