Jess Umasuthan

Jess started her career as a private celebrity personal assistant, before becoming a private and business PA. She’s extremely organised and can very quickly understand a business’ requirements; as such, she’s transitioned seamlessly into recruitment.

Jess joined Tiger in February 2023 as a consultant on our temporary desk, was promoted to senior consultant after a year and later promoted to managing consultant. She has a degree in photography and marketing, alongside a passion for volunteering.

What makes you fiercely distinctive?

I have a sarcastic sense of humour, and as a travel enthusiast, I’m the go-to person in the office for travel tips. I’m also one of the few people in the office feeding the plants and keeping them alive!
