Our market update for the second quarter of the year found that the candidate short market during this period meant that more businesses enlisted Tiger’s help to find high-quality talent. Our permanent placement numbers have increased by 25%, and our international placements are up by 5% from the beginning of the year. On the candidate’s side, they are leaving their roles because they feel they are being undervalued by their employers and their career progression has been lacking. Now more than ever, it is important for clear career progression and engagement of staff.
