Alexandra (Al) joined Tiger in 2021, moving into the permanent team in the West End after having worked in operations for over four years. Prior to this, Al began a university degree but quickly decided it wasn’t the best route for her professionally, and decided to go straight into the working world.

Al believes that communication, emotional intelligence and a transparent way of working are fundamental to being a great consultant and manager. Having a passion for people is something that has always been important to her, and she carries this with her when forming strong working relationships with clients, jobseekers and colleagues. In addition to ensuring an excellent service to her clients, Al is involved in charitable projects at Tiger, which is something that is close to her heart.

What makes you fiercely distinctive?

I always bring positive energy to the office and will attempt to make people laugh with subpar jokes. I also have a very lucky knack of regularly securing Glastonbury Festival tickets.
