Dubai, UAE SALARY: 80,000 AED - 100,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Lead the FP&A function, providing strategic insights and guidance to the executive team.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Financial Transformation:
- Lead financial transformation projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial processes.
- Identify and implement best practices, automation, and technology solutions to streamline financial operations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, including the development of detailed financial models and forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of budgeting and forecasting processes with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Dashboard and Reporting:
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards and reports for executive management.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information, analysis, and insights to support decision-making.
- Implement data visualization tools and techniques to enhance the clarity and impact of financial reports.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive profitability, cost management, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial implications of business decisions.
- Family Office Management:
- Manage financial activities for family office clients, including investment analysis, portfolio management, and wealth planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of family office transactions.
- Provide strategic financial advice and support to family office stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in FP&A roles within Big 4 accounting firms and family office environments.
- 15+ years experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial transformation, including process improvements, automation, and technology implementation.
- Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience in designing and developing financial dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, EPM).
