Travelling PA to UHNW

This UHNW family who are based in the UK own several luxury properties in France (Alps & South of France) & the USA and they are looking for an experienced Travelling PA who can manage the overseas properties for the family. In addition to overseeing the properties abroad you will also coordinate the private jet/helicopter travel for the family and staff as required. This is a 24/7 role so will require the candidate to be prepared to work long hours and travel very regularly. The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience in the management of luxury private households including staff hiring/renovation management and logistics. 

The properties are expansive and as Travelling PA you will need to be prepared to travel often at short notice and in advance of the family arriving at the property. You will need to ensure the houses are fully staffed and everything is in place to receive the family. The ideal candidate will need at least 8-10 years’ experience working for HNW/UHNW in a similar role. It will suit someone familiar with excellent emotional intelligence and who is calm, logical, highly flexible and with exceptional initiative and organisational skills with knowledge of key service providers (airlines/restaurants/medical etc). As you are supporting an UHNW you will of course require tact, discretion and resilience as it is a demanding but exciting role for someone who enjoys a really immersive challenge and the chance to travel globally.

You will also need to have a clean UK driving license and as you will not be office based you can work remotely as all of the support you provide will be for the overseas properties and moving the family and wider staff/guests there. In terms of where you live in the UK/Europe is not important but you must be ready to travel predominantly to France and the USA at short notice.
