Travelling EA to UHNW

This is an exciting new role for an experienced EA to support a UHNW who travels globally and is looking for a UK based Travelling EA with proven experience working for UHNW and with experience of the corporate world and providing high level private support. A real once in a lifetime role as you will be able to work from your own home for 60% of the time and you will travel with the Principal for 40% of the time (predominantly to Europe). There are other EA's based in other countries so there is a support network but you must be a self-starter and have experience in a 1: 1 capacity and all that entails.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience and a solid track record and longevity in their roles as the family will not consider anyone who has moved jobs every 2/3 years. Ideally you will have experience of working in a corporate environment where youn have been extensively involved in complex logistics as there will be extensive travel organising across multiple timezones (for the Principal and all family/staff) with often last minute changes etc. This is a busy, demanding role and you need to be calm, highly professional and act with total discretion and of course have a flexible work ethic as hours will be long.

This is a role that crosses both business and personal support so ideally you will have experience in supporting a private family as well as extensive business support. You will deal with a range of people from staff to other business professionals and UHNW so you would need to be polished and confident with excellent PC skills. A really great role for someone who loves to be challenged and fully immersed in their role where no two days will be the same.
