Training Operations Manager

London (West End) SALARY: £32,000 - £37,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

An excellent Learning and Development Operations role within a professional services training company.

Providing world class training programmes to clients globally, they are a dynamic, supportive group who are looking forward to welcoming a Training Operations Manager into team.

The role is responsible for managing the training programmes, scheduling Facilitators, and ensuring that delegates receive meaningful, high impact training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

-      Welcome delegates to the training site, interacting with the students and ensuring they are fulfilled in their training needs.

-      Scheduling in the Training Facilitators, ensuring that they have the correct material and modules.

-      Reviewing all course materials, updating training plans, programmes and course content.

-      Creation of new course content and regular audits and updates to existing content.

-      Market analysis and research to ensure the training programmes are adhering to best practice and are competitive within the market.

-      Identifying and understanding the unique training needs of clients, sourcing subject matter experts and facilitators, and bespoke training programme customisation.

-      Project managing the training courses, facilitators, and ensuring the programmes run efficiently and seamlessly.

-      Maintaining and updating all professional accreditations for the business and identifying new suitable accreditations.

Requirements:

-      A background in designing, managing and facilitating training programmes.

-      Experience in project management, administration, with excellent organisational skills.

-      Experience with internal and external stakeholder management.

-      Confident communicator with interpersonal skills to welcome and engage with delegates and management effectively.

-      Analytical skills to update, modify and improve training materials and report back on effectiveness.

-      Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

-      Confidence in all Microsoft packages.

The role is hybrid, working from the office 3-4 days per week.
