Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and visionary Trader to spearhead their ventures in both the crypto and broader public market realms, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and acting as a market maker for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Secondary Market Oversight: Direct the strategic exit of invested assets, including tokens like Bitcoin, Ethereum, venture tokens, as well as equities in secondary markets. Aim for optimal returns while keeping in line with the company's long-term visions.
2. Strategic Investment Leadership: Spearhead active trading investments in the secondary market, identifying and capitalizing on profitable opportunities, always ensuring alignment with financial aspirations.
3. In-house Market Making: Embrace the role of in-house market maker for projects, ensuring consistent market liquidity, stability, and competitive asset pricing.
4. Market Analysis and Insights: Maintain a vigilant eye on market conditions, news, and various factors impacting asset prices to make informed and strategic trading decisions.
5. Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all trading endeavors strictly adhere to global financial and crypto regulations, maintaining integrity, values, and reputation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA or similar are an added advantage.
2. Trading Expertise: Proven experience in trading, ideally with exposure to both crypto assets and equities. A consistent record of sound and profitable decisions is essential.
3. Analytical Proficiency: An ability to analyze complex datasets, drawing insightful conclusions. Familiarity with leading market analysis tools and platforms is imperative.
4. Language Proficiency: Demonstrable proficiency in English, ensuring clear and effective communication across our operations and facilitating seamless global partner interactions.
5. Web3 & Tokenomics Acumen: A robust understanding of the evolving landscape of Web3 technologies and tokenomics, paired with a grasp of traditional public market assets.
