Temp HR Operations Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading Sustainable Energy supplier, who produce and distribute renewable fuels from waste products. The company has experienced rapid growth over the last year and require temp HR Ops support over the coming months. For the right candidate, there is scope for this to potentially become a long-term position. The team are dynamic and passionate and are constantly looking to grow and improve.
Full Time: Monday-Friday
Hybrid Work Scheme: Max 3 days in office, 2 from home
Hourly Rate: £16-£18 per hour depending on experience
The Role
- Provide Support to the wider HR Team
- Assist in the onboarding of new staff
- Offer support to the payroll team
- Manage the HR inbox, ensuring queries are serviced in a timely manner, escalating as required
- Employment processing – ensuring internal systems are up to date & filed correctly
The Candidate
- Team Player, with a positive “can do” attitude
- A minimum of 1 year’s previous HR administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of end-to-end payroll processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
