London (City of) SALARY: £16 - £20 PER: Annum TERM: Temporary
The Executive Assistant will manage key projects and oversee the tracking of business objectives and priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management - completing a variety of Special projects including creating powerpoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports and agenda material; working closely with JMDs to manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Communication and Collaboration - Serve as a central point of contact for JMDs in London
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including executives, team members, clients, and external vendors.
- Research and Analysis - conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports or presentations on assigned project topics.
- Documentation and Reporting - maintain documentation, including project plans, meeting agendas, action items, and progress reports.
- Resource Management - assist in allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.
- Meeting Coordination - prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
- Board support - supporting the Facilitator in preparing detailed Board meeting agenda’s
- Ad Hoc Duties
- Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement within the Group to meet stretching financial and performance targets.
- Adhere to Company and Customers’ Health and Safety and Security Policies
- Comply with relevant ISO standards and adhere to Company policies and procedures; and the Mayerton Code of Conduct
