Technical Recruiter - Global Alternative Investment Firm

Tiger is partnered with a alternative investment management firm operating across a broad range of derivatives-based strategies with a deep understanding of volatility. This company was founded almost twenty years ago and is headquartered in New York with offices in London, Amsterdam, Boston, Stamford, Los Angeles and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements and strategies
  • Oversee interview plans for all open roles and administer recruitment program
  • Source and evaluate candidate applications and liaise with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate interview steps
  • Constantly re-prioritize in changing landscape
  • Manage direct candidates throughout the process
  • Partner with recruitment agencies
  • Network and build candidate pipelines for areas with high volumes of hiring
  • Partner with interviewers to ensure they understand their role
  • Create and post job descriptions on both internal and external sites
  • Work with interview coordinator to ensure interviews are scheduled quickly and efficiently
  • Manage all data entry to ATS
  • Collaborate with Human Resources team on offer process and onboarding new hires
  • Support campus recruitment efforts and internship program
  • Leverage the ATS to distribute HR analytics on recruitment status, pipeline metrics and diversity metrics

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse and/or Microsoft Teams a plus
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and leverage resources to complete work timely and accurately
  • Adaptable to changing requirements
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbally & in writing) will individuals at various levels both within and outside of the firm
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Displays a high level of discretion and maintains confidentiality
