Technical Customer Support
London (Greater) SALARY: £22,000 - £25,000 PER: Annum TERM: Temporary
An exciting and innovative start up is looking for a Technical Customer Support Associate to join them as soon as possible.
Operating globally, this company is a hub for dynamic and creative individuals.
As Customer Support, you will enjoy helping people and solving problems. This role requires an individual who has just the right mix of empathy and technical knowledge.
Your duties will include:
- Day-to-day customer support via live chat, helpdesk tickets, community forums and if required, one-on-one video calls.
- Track and analysis of customer support data.
- Produce weekly performance reports for management with quantitative feedback.
Location: Remote (so you must have a laptop or PC at home)
Hours: 10am – 6pm/mon-fri
