Team Assistant – Finance, Loan Operations & Risk Teams

My client is an international asset management firm, headquartered in London with a great reputation across Europe. They are looking for an enthusiastic Team Assistant to support 3 teams: Finance, Loan Operations and Risk. The majority of the work will be for the Directors of each team, with adhoc admin support for those reporting into them.

Some of the key duties include, but are not limited to:

* Diary management and call scheduling.
* Travel coordination including flights, transfers, itineraries and visas.
* Administration duties including expenses, invoices, budget monitoring, internal training scheduling, document formatting and presentation editing.
* Event coordination for team socials and away days.
