Team Administrator
Job Details
London (City of) SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 PER: Annum
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a supportive and friendly professional services firm based in the City. You will be providing both administrative and operational support to a busy team of 10 (including members from senior management). The successful candidate will be a strong team player, having previously worked in either finance or accounting. This role is fully office based 5 days per week, working 9am-5:30pm.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a varied role, which will see you working with team members at all levels. Duties to include:
- Extensive diary management
- Managing and organising company travel arrangements
- Reporting through CRM systems
- Invoicing and expenses
- Drafting emails for the team members
- Organise and coordinate team events
- Ad hoc administrative duties for the team
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you must have previous experience in a similar role, be a hard worker with strong initiative. Required skills:
- High attention to detail
- Strong team player with a good work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Ability to work with people at all levels
- Enjoy building strong working relationships
- Experience working on CRM systems
This role will pay up to £40K depending on experience, offering some fantastic benefits including 23 days holiday, pension scheme and life insurance
