JOB DESCRIPTION
A London based construction company is looking to hire a Team Administrator to work alongside their Support Team and Office Manager. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone who is looking for a company that puts emphasis on learning and development as there is plenty of room for training and growth. This role is based in the office 5 days a week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Providing support and assistance to all departments
- Managing reception desk, visitor registration, phone lines, post, and meeting rooms
- Event coordination
- General administrative duties
- Maintaining communication with building management
- IT skills – data entry, spreadsheets, document management
WHO YOU ARE
This role is perfect for you if you are self-motivated and use your own initiative and have great interpersonal skills. A successful candidate will be a good communicator, able to manage their time, multitask and remain organised while working to deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in an office in an admin/reception capacity
- Client facing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- An eye for detail and impeccable time management skills
- Able to manage change
- Great interpersonal skills
