Talent Partner – Fantastic Opportunity

London (City of) SALARY: £60,000 - £80,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

My client an energy tech start up, are seeking an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to work alongside the HR function and support on all of their corporate recruitment needs. This busy role will be on a full-time and permanent basis, with flexible working hours and an excellent benefits package.  

The key role responsibilities include:

  • Direct sourcing and pipelining talent at all levels, mainly for head office and corporate roles across the business
  • Working closely with relevant areas of the business to understand their recruitment needs, and to add value to the existing recruitment framework, and processes
  • Providing support, guidance, and advice to internal hiring managers and stakeholders within the business, on all Recruitment and Talent matters  
  • Provide potential candidates with an impeccable candidate journey
  • Genuinely care about the employee and candidate experience, with a warm, and solution focussed approach
  • Clear understanding of GDPR, ETW and compliance regulations

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven track record working in recruitment or talent
  • Ideally a background in energy, markets or tech
  • Ideally a least 2 years of internal recruitment experience
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
  • Impeccable stakeholder management skills
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence
