Talent Coordinator

London (Greater) SALARY: £27,000 - £35,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

My client is a highly reputable high growth tech start up, looking for a Talent Coordinator to support their high volume of recruitment and growth. This role will be on a full time basis, fully remote, with occasional office visits when needed, so applicants from across the UK are welcome. 

The key role responsibilities include:

  • Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle from an administrative perspective
  • Booking interviews, as well as handling all candidate communications and delivering an exceptional candidate and internal stakeholder journey
  • Strong admin and software skills – an interest in tech will be helpful here too
  • Able to juggle heavy workload in a busy high growth start up environment

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 2+ years working within a recruitment or admin position
  • Extremely strong Admin and Organisational skills
  • A genuine love for People and Tech
  • Recruitment experience including interviewing and direct sourcing would be helpful but not essential
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise, while being a true self-starter 
  • Experience working within a busy and fast-growing environment  
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Right to work in UK – essential
