A growing centre for education in the finance sector is looking to hire a new recruiter to join their team, based in the Greenford campus on a Temp to Perm basis.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy recruiter role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced role. You’ll be the kind of person who is career-driven and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish.

• Finding, screening and registering candidates
• Managing the recruitment cycle from start to end
• Prepping candidates for interviews
• Identify and building new relationships with potential clients and candidates
• Inbox management
• Creating and executing a plan to achieve personal and company targets

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful you will be able to juggle multiple projects at one time. The ideal candidate will be able to solve problems, work efficiently and communicate effectively with candidates and clients.

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in recruitment or sales
• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
