Talent Acquisition Specialist / Candidate Manager

City based Exec Search firm

12-month fixed term contract, looking to convert to permanent

£35-45k + competitive monthly bonuses


My client, an interim and exec search firm, are looking for a Candidate Manager to join their Transformation Team and support Partners across their core practices of HR, Finance, Technology, General Management and Supply Chain and Procurement.


Their clients range from SMEs to Private Equity backed portfolio companies and FTSE100s and they are looking for someone to manage the entire candidate experience from start to finish, allowing the Partners to focus on the client engagement. This is due to an increasing client demand and a recovering market, coming at a very welcome time for all!


Staff turnover is refreshingly low and many Consultants have been with the company in excess of 10 years, bringing with them unrivalled levels of credibility and expertise. They class themselves as an output-based firm where they believe in working hard whilst also having fun and respecting that everyone is entitled to a work-life balance!


They are offering great flexibility with regards to working remotely and working from the office. You would be expected to work from the office one day minimum each week, but the other 4 days will be at your discretion. This may change to more office based in time, depending on the on-going pandemic and recommended working practices.


What you’ll do:


  • Manage the entire candidate process, from start to finish whilst working closely with the Partners and Directors, in a client facing capacity. You will act as a truly integral part of the delivery team with exposure to colleagues across Interim Management and Business Transformation practices.


Who you are:


In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:


  • Proven experience of working as an internal Talent Acquisition Specialist / Candidate Manager for senior level roles
  • Experience of working with HR or Interim recruitment / search would be highly advantageous
  • A track record of successfully delivering interim mandates, from identification through to screening and interviewing
  • Good discipline and rigor who can deliver against accelerated timescales and maintain high standards
  • Ideally have both UK and international experience with strong cultural understanding and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong knowledge in CRM systems, assignment report generation and resourcing tools such as LinkedIn
