London (City of) SALARY: £55,000 - £65,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
Our client is an award-winning global brokerage firm, looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to take a lead on all their recruitment needs and processes for the business. Key responsibilities:
- Direct sourcing and pipelining talent at all levels and across all sectors
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates and provide an impeccable candidate journey
- Working closely with relevant areas of the business to understand their recruitment needs, and to add value to the existing recruitment framework and processes
- Providing support, guidance, and advice to internal hiring managers and stakeholders within the business, on all recruitment and talent matters
- Be the first face and ambassador for the business and engage in employer brand; participate in conferences and networking events across Financial Services and Technology
- Managing end to end campus hiring
- Genuinely care about the employee and candidate experience
- Clear understanding of GDPR, ETW and compliance regulations
Skills and experience required:
- Proven track record working in recruitment or talent in Financial Services industry
- Preferably 3 years minimum recruitment experience
- Experience working with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools, including social media
- Able to work to tight deadlines and priorities workload using initiative
- Confident in a fast-paced, start-up growth environment
- Strong oral, written communication and admin skills
- Impeccable stakeholder management skills
- Strategically minded and process driven
- High level of Emotional Intelligence
- Bachelor's degree required
