Talent Acquisition Specialist

London (City of) SALARY: £55,000 - £65,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

Our client is an award-winning global brokerage firm, looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to take a lead on all their recruitment needs and processes for the business. Key responsibilities:

  • Direct sourcing and pipelining talent at all levels and across all sectors
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates and provide an impeccable candidate journey
  • Working closely with relevant areas of the business to understand their recruitment needs,
  • and to add value to the existing recruitment framework and processes
  • Providing support, guidance, and advice to internal hiring managers and stakeholders within
  • the business, on all recruitment and talent matters
  • Be the first face and ambassador for the business and engage in employer brand; participate in conferences and networking events across Financial Services and Technology
  • Managing end to end campus hiring
  • Genuinely care about the employee and candidate experience
  • Clear understanding of GDPR, ETW and compliance regulations

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven track record working in recruitment or talent in Financial Services industry
  • Preferably 3 years minimum recruitment experience
  • Experience working with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools, including social media
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
  • Confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral, written communication, and admin skills
  • Impeccable stakeholder management skills
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence
  • Bachelor's degree required
