Talent Acquisition Manager – Tech
London (Greater) SALARY: £50,000 - £70,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
My client is a highly reputable prop-tech company looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to take a lead on all of their tech recruitment needs. This busy role will be on a full-time and permanent basis, with flexible working, remote working and a really fab company culture with an amazing benefits package, including unlimited holiday! As this role is fully remote, my client welcomes applicants from across the UK.
The key role responsibilities include:
- Direct sourcing and pipelining talent at all levels, mainly for engineering and product roles
- Working closely with relevant areas of the business to understand their recruitment needs, and to add value to the existing recruitment framework, process and strategy
- Providing support, guidance, and advice to internal hiring managers and stakeholders within the business, on all Recruitment and Talent matters
- Provide potential candidates with an impeccable candidate journey
- Genuinely care about the employee and candidate experience, with a warm, heartfelt and solution focussed approach
- Clear understanding of GDPR, ETW and compliance regulations
Skills and experience required:
- Proven track record working in recruitment or talent, within tech
- Ideally a least a year if internal experience, but open to exceptional talent from agency
- Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
- Impeccable stakeholder management skills
- High level of Emotional Intelligence
- A demonstrable passion for all things tech!
