London (City of) SALARY: £17 - £20 PER: Hour TERM: Contract
My client are a global consultancy firm that provide insights and research for technology-related companies. They have recently created a new division within Risk and Operations and are looking for an admin assistant to join them on a 6 month FTC with potential to go permanent. It is essential that this candidate can speak fluent Swedish as you will be dealing with Swedish clients on a day to day basis. This role is fully remote, however you may have to travel to London office once a month depending on team requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Review and revise consulting proposals to ensure compliance with applicable consulting, finance and legal guidelines
- Resolve issues and proactively provide advice
- Ensure consulting project documentation is accurate
- Ensure requests are completed on schedule
- Review, approve and process project revisions
- Ensure client invoicing and revenue recognition is accurateÂ
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in a business environment
- Sales, sales support or contracting experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed orientated and process driven
- Strong customer focus, good with people
- Experience using Salesforce a plus
