Our client is seeking a Marketing Lead responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, ensuring that processes are efficient, goals are met, and strategies are effectively implemented. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for team members.
  2. Operational Planning:
    • Develop and implement operational plans aligned with marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
  3. Process Optimization:
    • Evaluate and improve marketing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices and streamline workflows.
  4. Budget Management:
    • Work closely with the finance team to manage the marketing budget.
    • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in marketing campaigns.
  5. Campaign Execution:
    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  6. Data Analysis:
    • Use data and analytics to measure the performance of marketing initiatives.
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer support to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  8. Technology and Tools:
    • Stay informed about marketing technologies and tools.
    • Implement and manage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  9. Performance Metrics:
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing operations.
    • Provide regular reports on marketing performance to the leadership team.
  10. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous learning within the marketing team.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within digital marketing, preferably in the sports industry.
– Proven track record of managing teams and coordinating complex projects.
– Strong financial acumen and experience in managing commercial offers and margins.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and partners.
– Fluent in English
