UK (regional) SALARY: £28,000 - £32,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced sous chef or senior chef de partie for a Spanish restaurant based in the heart of Cambridge. They offer a cosy environment and modern Spanish food, inspired by the Galician and Basque cuisine.
The salary is £28,000 - £32,000pa, this is a permanent position to start ASAP!
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating menus, recipes and developing dishes
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen, hygiene practices and food safety standard
Ideally you already have good knowledge about Spanish recipes and authentic ingredients.
