Sous Chef

Incredible opportunity to join a restaurant from one of the world’s most foremost names in hospitality. This well known, luxury restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be working closely with a two Michelin starred chef to achieve excellence. This role is full-time four days per week, based in the heart of Mayfair.

You will have:

-       Experience as a Sous Chef, ideally Michelin-star experience
-       Ability to cover for the Head Chef in their absence
-       Strong wine, food knowledge, internationally 
-       Confidence to run a section and mentor junior chefs
-       Ability to keep up in an incredibly faced paced environment
-       Passion for creating dishes and impeccable standards
-       Clear communication, personable and exceeding guest expectations
-       Right to work in the UK
