Sole Gardener, Carmarthenshire

Tiger Private are in search of a passionate, full time gardener to work on the grounds of an UHNW family’s property in South-West Wales.

The role will include general day to day maintenance of a mature garden e.g. pruning, weeding, identifying diseases, pest management, maintaining the lawns and paths and handyman tasks such as gutter cleaning or power washing paved areas. It’s a role that will give you the opportunity to use your own creativity and grow the with the developing garden. A small part of the role may include animal care on occasion, including a number of ducks on the premises.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge and a strong ecological approach, with an interest in sustainability. They will need imagination and the ability to take initiative, as well as to work in a team with the garden designer. The successful applicant will be good at managing their own time and be able to plan and prioritise carefully whilst working closely with the owners, who take a strong interest in the gardens and enjoy spending time there.

Due to the rural location of the property, only candidates with a valid UK driving licence can be considered.
