Social Media and Content Coordinator *luxury*

We are working with an International luxury handbag sourcing company who have a huge social media following who are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Social Media and Content Coordinator with a passion for the luxury world and a keen eye for Instagram trends.

The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, proficient in English copywriting, and interested in storytelling. The role focuses on executing a well-structured content calendar, with operational tasks being the primary focus. The position offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to transition into a full-time role and advance within the company.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
• Develop and produce engaging Reels that showcase our luxury offerings, emphasizing originality and visual satisfaction. 

.• Craft compelling and engaging posts that resonate with our audience and maintain brand voice, adhering to copywriting standards.

• Source and repost high-quality content from other users, ensuring it meets our visual and brand standards.

• Actively engage with followers and the industry community by responding to comments and messages to foster strong relationships.

• Conduct detailed analysis and weekly reporting of content performance, engagement metrics, and follower growth.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for social media and familiarity with Instagram, including Reels creation, IGTV, and Stories features.

• Strong proficiency in English copywriting and storytelling.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and attention to detail. • Eagerness to learn and grow within the luxury social media space.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related luxury field is a plus. COMPENSATION

• Salary: 96,000 AED annually / 8,000 AED monthly

• Occupation: Full Time

Position will start of remote and then likely move to an office in Business Bay.
