Tiger is currently working exclusively with a successful company that operates within the artificial intelligence industry.  They are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who has a proven history of scaling teams within the tech or AI space.  They are a super friendly and inclusive environment and you would have the opportunity to make an impact on the continued growth and success of the company, which has big plans for the future.  This is a remote working role and they are willing to consider candidates who are based on the east or west coast.

The successful candidate will partner with the People Operations team to evaluate compensation and benefits programs and make cost effective recommendations that will further their business strategy, give them a competitive advantage to attract the best talent in the market, and enable them to scale and improve their people experience on all levels.

Duties will include:

  • Sourcing top talent for high impact roles through a variety of creative channels
  • Leading, managing, and actively participating in the entire recruiting life cycle while working closely with hiring managers
  • Craft strategies to increase candidate applications through events, sourcing campaigns, referral networks, and company branding
  • Creating a positive and unique candidate experience

Person specification

  • 5+ years of IN-HOUSE experience in a highly technical recruiting environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple vacancies across a broad range of teams
  • A creative approach to recruitment strategies, and a metrics driven mindset for the hiring pipeline
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with the ability to deep dive into searches for difficult to fill positions
  • A passion for building a diverse recruiting pipeline and inclusive work environment
