Senior Recruitment Consultant – OTE £60k+

London (West End) SALARY: £35,000 - £60,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

Tiger Private is looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant to come on board and join our lovely team! We enjoy a huge number of repeat and new clients, who entrust us to fill a diverse range of roles. We don’t meant to blow our own trumpets, but we really are top of our game!!

 This role will be picking up a warm desk with jobs ready to work on and a well established client base. We are looking for an experienced recruitment candidate from the private sector, who can hit the ground running who understands not only the world of private household and family offices, but also recruitment including use of a CRM database. Our reputation is based on excellent candidate and client care, an innate understanding of the roles we recruit and the ability to make the perfect match and we are looking for a Senior Consultant who is aligned to this way of working and shares our values and who understands the importance of providing a top notch service.

 Duties include, but are not limited to:

 Candidate care and Generation

  • Writing and advertising job roles, attracting top candidates to register with Private
  • Thoroughly interviewing candidates, fact finding and build strong rapport (10 per week)
  • Continually networking with candidates to generate recommendations
  • Effective CRM searches

 Business Development

  • Building on and expanding existing client relationships

 Client service levels

  • Constantly building relationships with clients and developing business whenever possible
  • Offering market knowledge, salary benchmarking and any additional information your clients may find useful

 Excellence/consistency in billings

  • Utilizing your candidate knowledge and the database to produce shortlists for roles
  • Preparing candidates for interviews
  • De-briefing candidates after interviews and ensuring you are aware of all other roles they are looking at to manage the process effectively
  • Closing candidates and offering advice around counter offers
  • Hitting individual monthly targets


  • Keeping administration up to date
  • Document formatting
  • Drafting job specs for clients if required

 Company innovation

  • Collaborating on ideas and suggestions around marketing, technology, PR and events to help promote the brand

Skills/ Experience Required

  • Previous demonstrable recruitment experience ,ideally in the private household and family office space.
  • Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Top notch verbal communication skills
  • Positive demeanor with lots of energy
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills


  • 25 days annual leave on pro rata basis (one day to be taken over Christmas, where the office is closed over the holiday period)
