Senior Recruitment Consultant for West End Temp Team

London (West End) SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven consultant to join our dynamic West End temporary division. Headquartered in London, near Oxford Circus, we are a recruitment agency that specialises in matching exceptional support staff to top businesses and private individuals globally.

The Role:

The role is based in our Temporary West-End Division, where you would work as a senior consultant. The role involves communicating with existing and new clients to take detailed briefs for their requirements and managing potential candidates from registration through to interviews and placements. You will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining a strong network of clients and candidates. Main duties include:

  • Writing and advertising job roles, attracting top candidates to register with Tiger Recruitment
  • Responding to candidate job applications, emails or messages and providing feedback promptly
  • Building on and expanding existing client relationships and developing new business wherever possible
  • Achieving set KPIs as set out in the Business Development Guidelines and hitting individual monthly targets
  • Taking detailed job briefs (meeting in person/via VC wherever possible)
  • Negotiating and agreeing terms as required
  • Updating the candidate database
  • Managing recruitment portals for clients, administering any required testing 

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a positive, self-starter who is a proven team player. You will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate will be highly organized and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous demonstrable recruitment experience
  • Team player – able to build strong relationships internally and work well within a team
  • Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
  • Initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Commercial awareness and strong business sense
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills


  • 25 days annual leave on pro rata basis (one day to be taken over Christmas) plus office closed between Christmas and New Year

  • Overseas trips dependent on company and/or office performance
