A niche consultancy who are expanding across Europe is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to manage a team of exceptional managers, oversee the overall running of the business operations and take ownership of the strategic thinking and planning for the future growth plans.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting into the COO you will be responsible for managing and mentoring managers who all have teams beneath them as well as being the strategic leader required for the position. This really is an exciting and unique opportunity! Duties include:

• Managing a team of Managers, offering support, development and mentoring.
• Overseeing the property portfolio and management
• Vendor and contract management
• Overseeing, planning and leading projects around business/process improvement
• Influencing stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful you will have experience in an operations role where you are managing Diret reports with wider teams, be a strategic thinker and a leader within an organisation.

Essential requirements:

• Experience in Operations Management
• Experience Managing direct reports who have teams themselves.  
• Exposure within an international environment
• Have lead projects and overseen the project managers
• Able to mentor and develop team members.
