Job Details
London (City of) SALARY: £80,000 - £100,000 PER: Annum
Outstanding permanent, full-time opportunity for an ambitious, proactive and experienced Senior HR professional to join a leading financial services company.
With an entrepreneurial, dynamic culture, the senior leadership team are looking for an established HR leader to help them to drive growth, design and implement robust and meaningful HR processes and policies and to continue to foster an inclusive, positive and high-achieving workplace culture.
The role includes:
Strategic HR Leadership:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Partnering with the senior leadership team to develop effective people strategies and solutions that help achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Coaching management to enable teams and employees to thrive and build their capabilities.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Driving the people aspects of the organisational strategy.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Creating, implementing and designing people policies and processes in line with relevant legislation.
HR Management:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â As a standalone HR leader to begin with, the role will then grow the team in time.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Being the first port of call for all people related queries.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Employee Relations: being the specialist in areas around performance, conduct, leave, absence, disciplinary action, grievances, and all employee relations situations. Resolving cases in line with employment laws and best practice.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Leading the cultural activity and employee communications. Fostering and promoting a harmonious, positive and inclusive workplace and culture.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â HR analytics and reporting.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensuring the people policies and strategies are inclusive and equitable, creating a safe and supportive environment for all staff. Â
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Managing the performance review process.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Supporting the professional growth of employees.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Leading L&D opportunities and budget.
Recruitment and Growth:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proactive in developing and designing best in class recruitment processes, systems and ATS.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Actively involved in leading the recruitment for administrative staff. Collaborating and assisting the Partners in the recruitment for financial professionals.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Developing a compelling Employer Branding through the professional use of LinkedIn, the website and other suitable platforms.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Managing proactive candidate headhunt searches and outreach.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Developing detailed, clear job descriptions and role deliverables.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Writing job ads and managing the responses.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Screening candidates and ensuring alignment with culture fit and company values.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintaining equal opportunities and ED&I throughout the interview process.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Developing best practice recruitment processes and interview questions.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Talent mapping and strategic growth planning.
People and Culture
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Pioneering and leading the culture aspect of the office.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Developing cultural initiatives that bring teams together and develop a positive, high-achieving team.
Criteria:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Substantial experience in delivering strategic HR services.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Financial services experience is ideal, but not necessary.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proven experience in providing HR guidance and coaching to senior leadership.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A strategic and innovative thinker who can translate business strategy into operational initiatives and implementation.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Skilled and adaptable communicator, able to adopt the position of coach, advisor, and leader.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Demonstrative experience in leading cultural initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
